Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Who is behind EduDraft Vision?

A: EduDraft Vision was founded by a team of certified Teachers of Students with Visual Impairments (TSVIs) with years of hands-on experience in the field. We understand the pressures of caseload management, IEP deadlines, and documentation demands—because we’ve lived it. Our services are designed by practicing TSVIs who know exactly what quality, compliance, and clarity look like in a report. We’re not a generic writing service—we’re your professional colleagues, here to help lighten the load.

Q: What exactly does EduDraft Vision do?

A: EduDraft Vision provides professional writing services for Teachers of Students with Visual Impairments (TSVIs). We take the data you’ve collected—such as evaluation notes or checklist responses—and turn it into polished, IEP-ready documentation. We specialize in writing Functional Vision Evaluations (FVEs), Learning Media Assessments (LMAs), Expanded Core Curriculum (ECC) summaries, PLAAFPs, IEP goals, and ARD presentation scripts.

Q: Do you conduct evaluations or collect data from students?

A: No. EduDraft Vision does not conduct any assessments or evaluations. All reports are based solely on the data you submit. You remain the professional responsible for student evaluation, and EduDraft Vision functions only as a documentation support service.

Q: Is it safe to submit student information?

A: Yes—with safeguards. We ask that you submit pseudonyms or initials only. Do not include full names, dates of birth, or other personally identifiable information (PII). We provide clear guidance for safe data sharing after purchase.

Q: How long does it take to receive my report?

A: Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days from the time we receive your complete data. Rush delivery (within 48 hours) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Q: What if I need changes to the report?

A: Each report includes one round of revisions at no additional cost. If you need additional edits or adjustments after that, we’re happy to provide them for a small fee based on scope.

Q: Can I use your service if I work outside of Texas?

A: At this time, EduDraft Vision is focused on serving TSVIs in Texas and aligns documentation with Texas-specific standards and terminology. If you’re in another state and are interested in working with us, feel free to contact us directly.

Q: Do you provide templates I can use on my own?

A: Yes! EduDraft Vision offers downloadable checklists and templates—including our signature FVE Checklist—to help guide your own documentation. These can be purchased separately and used independently or submitted back to us for a full report.

Q: What format will my report come in?

A: All reports are delivered as editable Word documents (.docx), so you can make any final adjustments or add district-specific formatting as needed.

Q: Can I use EduDraft if I’m a COMS, DHH teacher, or another service provider?

A: Currently, EduDraft Vision specializes in supporting TSVIs. However, we plan to expand in the future. Stay connected by subscribing to our newsletter for updates and service announcements.

Q: What’s your refund policy?

A: Because our services are custom and digital in nature, all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order (e.g., delivery issue or document error), we will work with you to make it right.

Q: Can I talk to someone before ordering?

A: Absolutely. Use the Contact form or email us at team@edudraftvision.com with any questions. We’re happy to help you decide which service best fits your needs.
